Please review these terms before ordering or using a hosting service. The terms presented during checkout may include additional service-specific details.
1. Services and account
Crow Hosting provides game server hosting plans, including Minecraft and FiveM plans. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and activity performed through your account.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for unlawful activity or to host or distribute malware, botnets, or other harmful material. Unauthorized scanning, deliberate attacks, or activity that disrupts our systems, network, or other customers is prohibited. You must also comply with applicable laws and the rules of any third-party software or game platforms you use.
3. Plans, payment, and refunds
Plan features, availability, billing periods, and prices are displayed on the plans page and/or at checkout. Check the final order details before purchasing. Refund requests and cancellation rights are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout; contact support if you need help with a payment or cancellation.
4. Resource use and service availability
Use the resources allocated to your plan responsibly. We may investigate or restrict activity that compromises service stability, security, or other customers. Hosting depends on network, hardware, and third-party systems, so continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Customer content and backups
You remain responsible for the content and data stored on your server and for keeping copies of anything important. Do not rely on the hosting service as your only backup unless a specific backup feature is expressly included with your plan.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to respond to suspected unlawful use, a security risk, serious service disruption, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may request cancellation through the client area or support.
7. Changes and contact
